Stayed in luxury and elegant room with a perfect view of biwako. Had great facilities, such as central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge. The setting was brilliant, next to the local attractions, lake view cafes and good restaurants, and the Omni restaurant.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Every visit to Otsu we like to stay here. Hotel is wonderful and everything was good. The venue rooms are luxury with complementary welcome drink, amazing view. The location is central. You could walk to a supermarket and a convenience store.
